We Are Open is an abortion recovery course run by experienced Christian professionals. They run healing weekends and provide other resources for individuals and gives guidance to churches in the UK wanting more information on post-abortion care.
Rachel’s Vineyard
Rachel’s Vineyard has centres in European countries, UK and the USA. They run healing weekends that can help you recover from the trauma abortion can bring. The weekends offer a supportive, confidential and non- judgemental atmosphere allowing you the space to deal with emotions. The weekend costs £180 but financial support is available if needed.

This mental health charity provides advice and support to anyone experiencing mental health problems. You can call their Info line for confidential help or contact a local Mind centre for crisis care and housing support.

Your Community
With the emotional effects pregnancy and abortion can bring, it’s important to share your feelings with someone you can trust. You can talk it over with your family, your partner, a family doctor, a local pastor or another woman who has been through a loss.
